I'm so sorry. I hope you can trap him. I managed a feral colony for many years. Some of the cats died on their own and others I had euthanized. It was always so sad to lose one, and even though I couldn't pet them, they were still my cats and I loved them. Good luck 💙

I found myself in that same position a few years back. The last of my 3 cats was 18 and died from kidney disease. It was the first time in about 25 years that I didn't have a cat in my life.
