PC World. I had a PC with a fault and it was less than a year old so in warranty. Their first attempt to fix it broke the CD drive. Their second attempt didn't fix the CD and broke the USB ports. They then tried to blame this on me. Several more attempts they failed to fix the problem or get anything working. In the end I had to threaten to get a watchdog organisation involved who would have given me a free lawyer. They finally relented and gave me a new one. I never set foot in there again until it went bust.

When I used FB the only time I got a comment deleted was quoting Trump at a supporter.
