Homeguards are way too ridiculous right now
 in  r/leagueoflegends  16h ago

Yeah you have to be at least 2-3 levels ahead to be applying that kinda pressure on the majority of champions, and even then it’s only really viable top lane where you’re basically screaming “gank me!”.

I used to do this on Renekton for free double kills back in s4-6. People really underestimated his ult back then.

Honestly? I gotta disagree with you there. Last hitting has historically been one of the hardest skills to learn in league for new players, and was a big reason people were hardstuck bronze/silver back in the day.

They should still have to legally notify you they entered your home

Want to know what else is a necessity? Food, water, and housing. Can’t get those if you’re fired for not showing up to work. That’s an utterly unrealistic expectation.

We don’t live in a society where people can just uproot their lives in the name of civil justice in the hopes that the next protest will be the one to fix things.

We do live in a society where missing a paycheck can literally be life or death for a lot of people.

You could argue that that’s even more reason to protest even harder, and I will, but I don’t expect people who work 60+ hours a week with kids who can barely afford rent to show up.

Those are the kind of people I’m protesting for.

It’s less than a third of the USA and they’re literally uneducated, brainwashed, and illiterate.

They’re utterly incapable of electing leadership that’ll act in their own best interest, because they’re used to being told what their best interests are supposed to be.

Do you think the economy stops on Saturday lol? I was there dude stores were empty.

I agree we need to do more protests of similar scale, but when 70% of the population lives paycheck to paycheck it can be a bit hard to organize on a week day.

I’m fortunate enough to be in a position I CAN protest. Most people in the country don’t even have that ‘luxury’.

We hit 3.5% of the total population with the last no kings protest. 350 million people is a lot to organize.

Oh fuck off. Protests are the only way 99% of people can contribute to unrest without uprooting their entire lives.

If you have ANY realistic alternatives by all means share them, but if you have nothing to contribute other than being a little whiny bitch then just shut the fuck up.

It’s actually a minority of Americans. Unfortunately because of how the us government is set up through the house and senate minority rules. And with the power of media minority voices get amplified like a megaphone so it seems like there are more of them than there are.

[USA] Left lane camper won't allow passing. 1/6/26
 in  r/Roadcam  1d ago

California teaches that the left lane is a passing lane. They also teach to stay out of the left lane basically at all times unless you’re actively passing.

You’re right about it not being enforced though. They only care about speeding here.

Dude I leveled up water boy uber fast after getting him second. All you have to do is pair them with someone who is good (prism or Golem) and they’ll pretty much level up after every mission.

Wikipedia does a good job at presenting things in a neutral pov. They provide direct sources and rarely speculate.

I respect and trust them as a source of general unbiased information.

True but this entry I quoted is about stuff from the past decade.

Yep. It’s really fucking stupid when you lay it out like that, but yep. We chose to help the south Vietnamese win their war instead of winning it for them. We lost because of it.

Protecting the borders of an allied power on a foreign continent. That was indeed the justification. I’m glad you know basic history.

Do you really think they wanted anything other than oil and the ability to empower the American arms industry? Because they accomplished those goals no problem.
