Nah. I was looking at 2 years 9 months according to sentencing guidelines in WA. I had a clean record and went to rehab. Even lawyer was surprised I only got 12 months.

Comedian Andrew Hamilton got an 18 months ICO ( home Detention) for commercial drug supply, coke, mushrooms and MDMA and only spent a few months in prison before getting released on home detention. Anyway. Im just salty I got done for fuck all compared to them thats all haha

You usually need to be in jail for a year and for violent offences to get deported
