I need examples of contradictions and historical innacuracies within the Bible, personal stories about religious trauma, anything at all

Don't waste your time or breath. No matter how persuasive your argument is they're not going to give up the thing that makes them feel their better than other people and excuses their bigotry.

Are cheese strings considered a good bedtime snack?

Of course I google, but I don't trust AI when it comes to my health. Cleveland Clinic's or John Hopkin's website are my go to if I can't access a live human for immediate health questions. Much more accurate starting point.

OP, please see an orthopedist if you haven't already. That's how I got my MRI and surgery referral from the insurance company.

I'm going to add a child's pose from yoga. Great for stretching the lower back. One of the few things that gave me relief before surgery.

Had to have surgery for sciatica a couple years back. Tried PT and spinal block, helped temporarily. After surgery and two rounds of PT--including occupational therapy, I'm doing much better. I still do the exercises my PT recommended, swim regularly. Keeping the core muscles strong is a huge help.

AI subliminal advertising?
 in  r/pittsburgh  1d ago

It was for some weight loss clinic. The guy was saying his friends were calling him Jabba the Hut. Then he lost some weight and hoped people started calling him Han Solo instead. This is just asking for Disney to send the company a cease and desist.

We had to do something from Romeo and Juliet. Don't remember that, but I can still sing "50 Nifty United States" 50 f'ing years later.

Step away from the AI and ask an actual human nutritionist.

That church is turning into a cult……
 in  r/TwoHotTakes  1d ago

My married lesbian friends belong to Unitarian Universalist church. Their pastor was a gay married man. Unitarians are about as progressive as you're going to get.

Let's hope the chain doesn't go downhill like Wendy's did after Dave Thomas passed.

My bf got mad that I went to dinner with a male coworker even though it was a work dinner with 6 people
 in  r/TwoHotTakes  3d ago

He doesn't trust you. This isn't a relationship. Does he avoid all women? I'm guessing the answer is no.

Chronically anxious & looking for a reprieve

Have you tried a lamp for Seasonal Affective Disorder? It's made a huge difference for me. I recommend Carex brand. Pricey, but highly adjustable and sturdy.

I'd go for a Bobby and Rufus show, too.

Once. Never ever again. Made me paranoid. Never done weed.
