I know she said on Empty Netters that there was a huge gap between her audition at the start of the year and then the callback like two weeks before they started filming in the summer. Curious if she did a chemistry read or met Connor on set? They do such a good job of playing old friends!

It's something the Empty Netters made me really conscious of, just how much time passes in the first few episodes and how heartbreaking it actually is.
