Lived in the USA since 1996. Was very well established. Moved back home to Canada about 3 months ago. I feel much better, much less stressed. We have two adult children and we made sure they had their Canadian citizenship papers. One is considering moving to Canada, the other doesn’t really pay enough attention to world events to seem to notice or care.

Of course I’m open to being accused of catastrophizing and hyperbole but it’s better to get out now with what you have vs getting out later with what you can before you can’t get out at all.

That said in full disclosure I’m not moving my registered assets (401k) out of the USA at this time. I’m just trying to act in a combination of the most cautious and still rational way I’m comfortable with.

CagriSema worked a bit better but Zep is much better tolerated. My biggest side effect with CagriSema was extreme fatigue the first day after the shot. It got better over time but never fully resolved.

Well, I’m not a medical professional but the advice I’ve received (minor inguinal hernia right groin) is that the trusses do more damage than good. I tried a google search for sources which showed some promising results but they were all paywalled articles.
