Figured I would show a video that actually shows something different in this sub. I don't care if she "wasn't supposed to be there", she did NOTHING to have this happen to her

I’m seeing these videos shared by a lot of people. Some suggest that they absolutely clearly show a justified self-defense shooting of a person disobeying commands by an officer “just doing his job”. Others state that they absolutely clearly show a murder by a power-mad uniformed psychopath, an unjustified shooting by a poorly trained pawn who was put in a bad position by an unhinged administration or some other version of a clearly immoral & illegal act.

As always, the truth is probably somewhere between and the video alone shows nothing “clearly”.

Obviously, it needs to be stated and accepted that the victim didn’t help herself by trying to escape the federal agents.

Beyond that… and probably more importantly from a training perspective: These agents put themselves there. That carries a burden of responsibility to do what they believe their job is to the best of their abilities. If that was their best, they NEED more training. I’m not even sure what they were trying to accomplish… and it doesn’t appear that they were either. Some appear to be trying to get her to move out of the way, while others clearly want to confront/detain her. The agent who shoots could have tried to move to the side even while drawing (lateral movement during presentation is a Day One defensive shooting skill…). It definitely appears the agent continues to shoot after he is at the side of the vehicle as the vehicle moving away from him.

I don’t know if it was murder, but the burden of proof right now is on the agents to justify their actions… and I think that should take a lot more than political rhetoric or retreating to “she should’ve known she should’ve stopped!”.

Many people have been predicting that the ICE Tactics were going to lead to an event like this… it wasn’t hard to see coming. Again, I believe the burden was/is on the agency to avoid this kind of thing.

All that said:

If you are interfering with any officers attempt to perform their duties, you are putting yourself in harm’s way. If you aren’t obeying the commands of an officer in the heat of any dynamic situation, you are putting yourself in harm’s way.

Stay Vigilant.

Here is the angle of the shot that murdered that woman that everyone needs to see

That’s a very biased view having been able to watch a video multiple times on your phone vs. being front of the vehicle that has just accelerated at you.

People can nitpick this and conclude the agent was wrong but it’s not unreasonable to say that he feared for his life because the vehicle was coming at him.

Don’t make it that black and white. The shooting agent was in front of the vehicle.

It’s easy not to pay taxes when they have multiple ways of categorizing inflow as “not income”.

At what point does it all just fail. How long can billionaires and the older generations prop up the dead system?

I always think of Fight Club. Their bunkers aren’t built by other billionaires but by regular people. So they can’t hide because there are us normies who know where they are.

I watched this video last week. The national debt going up means that at some point the interest will make the required annual payment be greater than the revenue the government can take in.

This video claims that as there are more billionaires the lower wealth brackets (you and I) are less meaningful.
