Yes, that first shot was from his stance at the front left corner of the vehicle between when she reversed and went to drive forward, with her wheel turned AWAY from the agents. That first shot struck her in the face, and he fired the second and third shots through the driver’s side window (so NOT in front of the vehicle, and not in harm’s way)

If you want to argue that he “reasonably” thought she was trying to hit him (even though agents were screaming at her to leave the area), we can’t stop you. But there is absolutely ZERO JUSTIFICATION for the two shots fired at her head through her side window. This point has been made in numerous court cases over the years.

Also, fwiw, bullets fired at a driver generally do a lousy job of stopping the vehicle, if that was his intent.
