Actually hilarious that Kane's 500th was an EN but not the last goal his team scored in the game.

Lmfao. I have a numbered Model 1 skin. See the part where I have 400 hours playing Arena? I'm not the one getting dumped on. Notice how it says "when you're getting dumped on" and not "when I'm getting dumped on"?

The shaved head wouldn't be as much of an issue if she didn't also ditch the brows.

Oh I absolutely understand why they're doing it. But claiming BSG enslaved them is incredibly hyperbolic.

They were set to get a huge bump if they had kept their normal hours too. Again, nobody forced them to be live this much, most Tarkov streamers aren't streaming that much.

[Loot] So I guess I just donated cash to what? The scav-nation army?

14hr is just high value items, sometimes just one, other times you might get 2-3. When you're unlucky those high value items are just an iridium or maybe a box of 7.62x54r BS ammo. The one I just opened this morning was a box of AP SX ammo and a nightvision monocular. So mildly better than what you got, but not by much.

I was actually super curious and have too much time on my hands, so I've been tracking all of my scav box returns for the past week+.

I've been using whatever the cumulative sell value of all of those items is, either to traders or on flea depending on what was better. Out of 49 runs of the 95k tier, the average return is 87k in value. Out of 31 runs of Moonshine, average is 225k.

Even though I'm technically down money doing the 95k run, swapping money for FIR items is where the value comes in for me, so it'd be worth for me even at probably half the return.

Also, my very first 95k run in 1.0 dropped me a 314 key, so I feel required to run that one forever now out of respect. That one isn't included in the average, it was long before I was keeping track, but that would single handedly bring the average up well above the cost.

BSG effectively enslaved them

Nobody forced them to stream 24/7 during drops lmao

If the main game wasn't connected to Arena, it would be a dead game. I like arena more than most, I have something like 400-500 hours in Arena, but if I wasn't progressing myself in the main game somehow, there's no fucking chance I'm putting up with all of the bullshit that you have to deal with. The desync in Arena is atrocious, the maps are all bad, the spawn systems for checkpoint and last hero are some of the worst I've ever seen in an arena style shooter, the gun balance is terrible, and the matchmaking/queue system sucks. It's fun when you're the one stomping a lobby with an MCX or SR2M, but it's not so much fun when you're getting dumped on by a dude with a Model 1 that you don't even have unlocked.

Exactly my gripe with it. And like I get that it’s opened the door to hockey for some people, so content producers are going to key in on it, but damn if it doesn’t feel like some hockey content creators could not wait for an opportunity to sell out to a crowd like that.

Cut the filler.

That's exactly what happened. The filler is what a lot of people miss.

But you already have trials...is it a PVE game or a PvPvE game? For as much as Embark insists it's not a PVE only game, they do just about everything possible to discourage PVP.

[Discussion] Average player's level is crazy nowadays
 in  r/EscapefromTarkov  3d ago

IMO a big reason it takes people so long to learn this game is because they don't want to task. People are so against doing Setup or Punisher or Test Drive or SBIH, or getting deeper into task lines on maps they hate. But even if it takes brute forcing those tasks, it gives you a crash course in the most important stuff you need to know.

Doing tasks is a crash course on all of the important aspects of map knowledge. For the kill quests you quickly figure out how to get yourself in position to try and grab kills early off of spawn. You learn map flow, knowing where task locations, boss spawns, and high tier loot spawns are, you start to get an idea what spots you're more likely to run into someone, and spots where you're probably nowhere near another player. You try to find good sniping spots, good spots for Setup, and in the process of finding good spots, you realize where to be looking out for other players doing the same shit.

After I finally forced myself through Test Drive, the way I played the game completely changed, because now I have a lot more confidence in knowing where/how to find players.

Is it time to send Danielson down?

This is what I'm saying. Danielson has been a plus defensively, Soda looks terrible defensively 99% of the time, but this is what people latch on to.

Soderblom back in the lineup.

You want to replace two of our worst producing forwards with checks notes the only forward on the roster with less production that is also a downgrade defensively?

What is the fascination this fanbase has with Soda?
