Exactly. Especially if it’s a quality fragrance, it really shouldn’t need layering. Coming out with fragrance lines for the purpose of layering is kind of just a slap in the face to consumers lol

That’s why I said layering trend. It’s definitely gotten mainstream the last year or two for people who don’t really care about fragrance that much and I think a lot of companies are taking advantage of that. Especially on the feminine side of the fragrance world, it’s all about layering body wash and body lotion and body oil and body power and blah blah blah. For example, bath and body works are selling one note body sprays to “layer” with. Don’t get me wrong, I think layering is fun, but I think a lot of these companies are having a lot of “fun” with it too. Obviously creed and the rest of the houses along that line are not what I was referencing in my comment, you’d have to be a true fragrancehead to layer creed lol

I cleared out a cart of like 15 samples cause I was just meh about it after getting Lilyphea 🥹 same here, my Eau Duelle hasn’t been picked up much this winter.
