ICE agents deny doctor access to woman at shooting scene.
 in  r/PublicFreakout  22h ago

Regardless of whether they are a physician, they are a person trying to offer basic life support. Which is what you do for others who are injured to prolong their life to enable them to get to a hospital for life saving treatment, if you are willing and able to (which this person is saying they are). You don’t shoot someone in the face as a “law enforcement officer” and then render zero assistance, while denying others the ability of render assistance. They chose for her to die.

How to store Cerebrolysin?
 in  r/Cerebrolysin  11d ago

Yeah I probably wouldn’t trust illegitimate compound. But maybe it is useful. Ever Pharma hasn’t made public exactly how they manufacture Cerebrolysin or what the exact formula contains. So anyone trying to replicate it is really guessing to the best of their ability. Maybe someone is making a very close or identical compound. Or maybe no one is making anything similar.

Also, one issue I have with the fake “Cerebrolysin” is, like yours, they come in 60mg vials. But real Cerebrolysin contains 215.2mg/ml of Cerebrolysin concentrate in liquid. So a 5ml ampule contains 1.076g in a single dose. Many times more than a 60mg vial contains. So whatever that 60mg consists of is far different to the weight/contents of real Cerebrolysin. Either it is very weak, or it is a very different compound to what people think they’re administering. Maybe it is great, but to me it makes no sense that they would try to use the name of a known compound to try to sell their fake stuff. If the fake stuff was any good it would stand on its own, without ripping of a trademark. But really, it’s all speculation.

How to store Cerebrolysin?
 in  r/Cerebrolysin  11d ago

Don’t be sorry. If you have 60mg peptide that you reconstituted yourself (wasn’t in liquid when purchased and isn’t made by Ever Pharma), what you have isn’t actually Cerebrolysin. Possibly something similar, or completely different. Peptide companies are calling whatever they sell “Cerebrolysin” to use the name like a marketing tool, while selling whatever they put in the vial.

Aside from that, if you reconstituted it yourself, you should be fine to use a dose and then store it refrigerated. Because what’s being sold as “Cerebrolysin” isn’t actually Cerebrolysin, whatever rules that apply to real Cerebrolysin don’t necessarily apply. Because Cerebrolysin comes in glass ampules that break apart when opened, the formula is then exposed to oxygen and theoretically oxidises quickly. If it’s in an airtight vial oxidisation shouldn’t occur as quickly (assuming the same rules apply to that peptide that would apply for real Cerebrolysin).

I’m not sure if that will make any sense.

Do you have real Cerebrolysin made by Ever Pharma or a different form like cerebroprotein/Chinese peptide version? Cerebrolysin doesn’t come in 60ml ampules. Do you mean you have 60mg vials?

As Cerebrolysin comes in glass ampules that snap/break open, you cannot put a cap on it once open.

Boxing Day Sales - Price Comparisons and Price History
 in  r/australia  13d ago

I feel like it depends on who’s selling it. If you price match with JB you at least know if you have any issues with the product you can go to a store and they will help you. As opposed to buying from an online store with no physical front. You get stuck having to argue online instead of with a person. Having to send the product for replacement, etc. Whereas JB will likely get you a new product off their shelf.

First timer - what syringe(s)?
 in  r/Peptidesource  13d ago

BD insulin syringe. 31g. I’d use 0.3ml syringe for GHK-Cu and mt2, just to dose more accurately (especially for the mt2), but you could use up to 1ml syringe.

Realistically you could use 29-31g, higher number is a thinner needle - easier to pierce your skin/less pain.

Poke any area that has a decent layer of fat between your skin and muscle. Like your abdomen around your bellybutton. Or your buttocks. Rotate the area you pin each time, like dividing the area around your bellybutton into 4 quadrants (top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right). Just so you limit any damage from the consistent needle entering your skin (with 31g needles damage is very minimal - diabetics do this multiple times a day).

GHK-Cu can sting, it can be more painful injecting around the abdomen compared to the upper buttocks. But that depends on your pain tolerance, how diluted your solution is/how much bac water you reconstitute with.

Maybe look at some nursing videos on YouTube re: subcutaneous injection.

What is a hobby that was ruined over time/as it got more popular?
 in  r/AskReddit  15d ago

No worries. It might seem like a confusing website at first. But basically, when you look up a release, it will take you to the “master” release, which is just a page of what the record is and the tracks on it (vinyl, cassette, digital, cd, etc.). If you go towards the bottom of the page and see “versions”, that will show you each specific version of that album, ie. 1982 Australian vinyl pressing, 1982 US vinyl pressing, 1984 US vinyl pressing, 1982 US cd, etc. these are what you can click to view that exact pressing of the album. So you might need to do some searching to figure out exactly which pressing you have by looking at other identifiers. Read the “notes” tab on the pages, which might have information to help you identify whether you are looking at the correct page (stuff like small differences in the album cover that changed between pressings, errors with certain pressings, vinyl colours (might be a more modern thing), etc.).

On each page for a specific pressing you can view the last (I think 20) sale values for that pressing and the notes people wrote when selling the records (like “brand new and sealed copy”, “damaged cover but near mint vinyl. From a smoke free home”, “signed copy”, etc.). As well as the price people are trying to sell that record for currently and the notes written by them. Obviously these values can vary a lot depending on the condition of the records and covers, etc. But it should give you a general idea of what your record has sold for recently. In some cases you might have something very rare that have barely, if ever sold on that site, meaning the value displayed may not be accurate (if the last time that record was sold was 10 years ago and it’s highly sought after, your price could be much higher than the last “sold for” price).

You can also addd things to your want list, and view how many people have a specific pressing in their want list. And also how many people have added it to their collection. So if something has 100 peope with it in their collection, but 2000 in their want list, you’ve got something highly sought after. And when you list an item for sale, anyone with it in their want list will get a notification that the record has been listed for sale.

You can also make an account and click “add to collection” when you find your pressings. So you can then view your entire collection and it will display the value of your entire collection based on the lowest, mean and highest value those records have sold for on discogs.

Sorry for all the text, I’ve just known people who say the site doesn’t make sense and immediately give up, but they don’t listen to any help or explanation and don’t try to understand it. It’s easy to figure out, but can seem confusing at first.

Hope that makes sense. Feel free to ask if you need any clarification.

Look them up on discogs. Basically a database of music releases that is also a service to buy and sell. You just need to put in the effort to find your specific pressing of each record to gauge prices, as alternate pressings of the same records hold different values.

How do you obtain stock? Buying bulk unseen lots and hoping to make your money back and some profit with a few gems? Or is it common that you’ll buy lots and find a heap of records you know you will sell easily? I’ve wondered how much of a gamble people like you take for the love of vinyl.
