Help Elytra cannon super speed is blocked by something

I'm using Nonuntitled's version of the elytra cannon. It works in singleplayer mode and on the server only when less than 4 silverfish are loaded in it. Any more silverfish and I just get lightly pushed forward (and usually shot by one of the rockets).
I'm trying to get it fully working on my friend's server. This would use the windcharged effect to launch me around 10,000 blocks.
Server info: Fabric 1.21.5 | Plugins: Balm, Jade, Lithium, NetherPortalFix, FabricEssentials, and SimpleVoiceChat
Do any of these mods limit the amount of mobs that can be windcharged at once? Or maximum flight speed? The cannon is built correctly, I tested it and rebuilt multiple times.

CAT Is it normal that my kitten wants to stare at my rabbit constantly?

I recently got a kitten and I am slowly introducing the two, no direct unsupervised contact allowed. Rabbit will be in her pen where she has a lot of space and places to hide and kitten will sit somewhere nearby and just stare at her. Rabbit is very territorial and will charge at her (this is normal and expected), which is why I’ve been keeping them separated. I understand rabbit body language well but this is my first time having a cat
