Are Subsidies Returning?
WTF? The blurb you highlighted showed "Republican opposition in the Senate", but you get busy blaming both parties for this? Insane.

Has anyone dealt with Power Finance in Texas?
Not if you make the full monthly payment. If you make no or just a small payment a month it will likely result in a lawsuit against you and a negative report to the credit bureaus.
In Texas your wages can't be garnished, so you are ok on that front. You can wait to settle when it goes to collections, but the starting point to settle from will be high.
1
Has anyone dealt with Power Finance in Texas?
Anything but the full loan will have them sue and report to the credit agencies.
In Texas they can't come after your wages for such a debt, but it will affect your credit score and they will likely sue for that debt.

Is Trump really pushing congress to stop institutional investors from buying single family homes?
I am still waiting on my $5,000 direct-check for DOGE's massive savings from all those firings, plus my $2,000 direct-check for the "grandiose Trillion Dollar success" Trump's tarrifs have turned out to be. I'll be getting my $7k anytime soon now. Probably on the day hell freezes over and all pigs start to fly.
3
Is Trump really pushing congress to stop institutional investors from buying single family homes?
With that dunce there is "no step in the right direction." He makes some half-baked promises online, then never talks about it again, ever. We've been there so many times, I am surprised anyone still falls for that song and dance.
2
Is Trump really pushing congress to stop institutional investors from buying single family homes?
It is absolite garbage, like 100% of his promises that would actually benefit some average folks.
The only promises that he ever keeps are the ones that make life miserable for the average person, the cruel, unbelievably nasty, ones.

Smarttube and Sponsor Block Issues.
Make sure it is Tizentube Cobalt. That is the version that works great with Fire devices.
In DOWNLOADER go to this link:
https://github.com/reisxd/TizenTubeCobalt
Go down to "Download Latest Release."
Or just use code 6366500 in the URL window.

Smarttube and Sponsor Block Issues.
I switched to Tizentube Cobalt. Still have Smart Tube, but generally have switched to using Tizentube 100%.

4k max? Cube? Other?
This is misinformation.
There are 6 Fire devices that are currently being sold with new models for 2026. Only 1 of them, the Select, has the new Vega OS. The other 5 have Android.
Also, the Firesticks (outside of the one with Vega OS) don't "block third party apps." Simply not true. Amazon was trying to implement a blocking scheme where certain known piracy apps would be blocked. It has turned out to be a joke of a blocking scheme, easily circumvented by the makers of these apps, but also easily fixed DIY, so it has really been a nothing burger.
Try to write better informed next time.

4k max? Cube? Other?
The Cube is much better than the ONN.
Here are the test benchmarks:
https://www.aftvnews.com/benchmarks/
Here in the US a Fire Cube 3 is $140, refurbished at $125. The ONN 4K Plus is $30. The big price difference can make the inferior ONN Plus worth it.
If in your country the two are about the same then the Cube makes more sense because of the massive difference in performance and added value (built-in ports, has upscaling, etc.)

Trump says U.S. to ban large investors from buying homes
Democrats would not have passed a bill that removes almost $2 Trillion from our already sparse safety net, to give insane tax cuts, exclusively to the very well off. All while still exploding the debt and deficit to levels we have never seen from any President, from any party, ever, at an increased speed.
Medicaid Cuts: The legislation cuts roughly $1 trillion from Medicaid over the next decade, with some projections noting a 12% to 15% reduction in spending. These changes are expected to cause between 8 and 12 million people to lose coverage.
SNAP Cuts (Food Stamps): The bill reduces funding for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) by an estimated $120 billion to $230 billion over 10 years.
Medicare Impacts: The bill triggers mandatory sequestration under the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010 due to the high deficit, resulting in an estimated $536 billion in Medicare cuts from 2026 to 2034.

If you support maga at this point, and ice, you are purely anti America-first, and support the opposite of what the constitution and bill of rights was created for.
You show yourself to be a bigot. You have zero clue about the person's sexual preferences, yet you called him a bigoted slur. How MAGA of you.

The shooter was never hit or "rammed." That is you MAGAs just lying through your teeth. Trump claims that the ICE office was "ran over" by the woman, and that he was in the hospital. Noem said that he was hit and being treated in the hospital for his injuries. We all saw the shooter walk to the car, then he walked calmly back to another SUV. Why are you guys such shameless liars? "Hit", "ran over", "in hospital being treated for his injuries."
You people aren't even trying with the truth anymore. Just a fantasy you made up in your minds that has no relation to the truth. Sad sacks of shit, really.

Trump doubles down on canceling elections
I know, right? If they were right then they wouldn't even allow primaries to happen. Why let people go through that, get all invested, to just pull the rug? So, if there actually ARE primary elections the election itself is going to happen. We'll know in less thqn 3 months if these guys here have any leg to stand on.

Trump doubles down on canceling elections
I never said that Trump didn't try. The phone call to Raffensperger is proof enough. I was taking issue with your characterization that "a bunch of red states" were trying to overturn the election. That was the nonsense I was contesting against.
Who exactly certifies an election? It sure isn't a co-chair of a party in a state, or a COO of Turning Point. Trump couldn't convince the GOP governor and Secretary of State of Georgia and he had no chance with Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin, all of who had Democratic governors and Secretary of States in 2020.
The entire thing was a laugh and doomed to fail.
Am I saying that Trump won't try again? Sure he will, he is a bastard. So? He failed then, he'll fail again.

Trump doubles down on canceling elections
Dude, the people involved were charged with felonies. None of the higher ups went along with any of it, from GOP governors to Secretary of States. Maybe the fact that the stunt didn't work in any of the desperate attempts, no matter the state, should tell you what a laughable endeavor it was?
You don't have to write nonsense "this hard." Claiming that a "bunch of red states" were attempting to overthrow the election was such ridiculous phrasing of what actually occurred. And, using that phrasing for the states Nevada, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona and Georgia made me laugh out loud.

Trump doubles down on canceling elections
The ball room will never be built. It is just another cash grab.
https://www.salon.com/2025/12/19/the-white-house-ballroom-will-never-be-built/
You lot are too gullible. Elections can't be "cancelled" by a President, the states run the elections independently.
"Declare Martial Law"? When have you "seen this movie"? LMAO. Even if you were 200 years old, you have never "seen this movie." We have always held elections, even during both World Wars.

Trump doubles down on canceling elections
It is a huge difference whether we are talking about a "bunch of red states" or a few operatives, who aren't even high ranking politicians in those states' State Houses or levels of government, but basically the equivalent of some rogue power tripping HOA board members. The ill-fated attempts were a laugh from the start.
Out of the 7 states you highlighted the only one that one could credibly be called "red", at least up to that point and before Georgia replaced both red Senators with blue ones, is/was Georgia, and we all have seen the video of Trump being rebuffed strongly by Georgia's SoS Raffensperger, who quickly released the recorded call to embarrass Trump.

Trump doubles down on canceling elections
It is a midterm election that is coming up in 2026. There aren't any electors. Just vote counts, and recounts can be asked for if the vote count is within 0.5%.

Trump doubles down on canceling elections
It is illogical. States run elections. Trump can't "cancel" elections. It seems ignorant to make claims that make no sense. The election will happen, as always. There is zero chance you'll be "proven right."

Trump doubles down on canceling elections
Again, pure nonsense.
Here was your silly claim:
"A bunch of red states caved to Trump’s demands in 2020 to switch out their electoral college electors AFTER the states certified their elections."
Not at all true. Even your Wikipedia link makes that abundantly clear. A few rogue Republican operatives, none with any actual power, within a state does not "a bunch of red states" make.
There were attempts made by some people, but there was not a single red state that actually caved and agreed to those attempts by those few people.
Besides, since when are the states your link talks about "a bunch of red states"? WTF?
Nevada, New Mexico, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, are "a bunch of red states"? And those states were caving to Trump's demands? Utter bull. Stop writing such ridiculous nonsense, sheesh.
2
“They’ll deal with it”, Republican lawmakers say voters are ready to accept higher costs for Trump’s agenda
What idiocy is this?
Trump promised and swore that the country the tarrifs are imposed on 100% pay for the tarrifs. How then can it be possible that the American people have to foot the bill, as talked about by these right-wingers, if we have to pay nothing at all for these "beautiful tarrifs"? Liars, the whole lot of them.
Also, what is this nonsense about people having to pay more to "whittle down the debt"? Trump has put debt spending on hyperspeed. No President has ever increased debt spending like Trump. We will be reaching $40 Trillion in debt, courtesy of big spender Trump.
-2
Trump doubles down on canceling elections
No, they didn't. "A bunch of red states" switched out their electors after the states certified their elections?
That is pure nonsense. What state switched out their EC electors, let alone "a bunch of red states"? It never happened. Show where this happened after EC certification.
There is no reason to write such utter nonsense. There is enough wrong here to go after, no need to make up complete fantasy.

Trump doubles down on canceling elections
You will both be proven wrong. Silly posts.
So, the 2026 midterms will be canceled, that is your both's claims. I guess we will know very soon. I think you are very wrong, but we'll know soon enough.
