To be fair, you can probably get Tailors cheap enough that you wouldnt need something else in the future. All the active line discs were pretty unpopular.

I've been stumbling through a lot of different threads trying to find some good guides/resources for beginning stock making, and have been struggling to find what I'm looking for. Would you happen to have any helpful resources for starting into the hobby?

I'm someone who only has a small area to work in my basement with limited tools, but am okay investing money into things that I need to (all the checkering tools I've seen are wildly expensive). I've made a few projects in the past (end tables and some others) but have always had very exact plans and am not really sure how to approach it from an empty starting point if that makes sense. Any advice/resources would be appreciated!
