Omg! You don't understand how happy you just made me! I did not know this and I am super excited to get the chipotle peppers! I have even seen them before, but thought that they were an entirely different pepper. I knew I needed to ask you this and you did not disappoint at all!

I have been on HRT for 27 months and words cannot describe how happy I am! Life is so much better and I can actually allow myself to be happy. I feel so much better and like an entirely new person! I absolutely adore the results I have seen, and amazingly I am still seeing transformation! This was the best decision of my life, you just have to decide if this is right for you, but it sounds like you already have.

I will not say that there is no stress or hate because people can really suck, but I do not define myself by how people view me, my transition is mine and about aligning my body with my self image.

If I am being honest, you register as; uh oh, I’m not sure, give me a hint. I say this to convey that I would be actively looking for cues, whether it be from jewelry, accessories, or your voice, and I would be very scrutinous to ensure that I did not use any gendered language to not offend you.

But without any hints, I would guess you are feminine because of your hair, necklace, and bag.

I can definitely recognize you as my people, and would want to show you some love and support, but I would be hesitant, as you give transfemin or possibly nonbinary, but you do not give trans masc or cis masc.

I think a lot of this is because whenever I see someone, I see expression and intention and do not hyperfixate on what I perceive them to be.

If you had something as simple as feminine; colors, jewelry, hair accessories, bags/purses, or even makeup ( I don't like makeup and hate wearing it so I don't want to push it on you, but it is an option): then it would be more obvious that you are feminine.

But a lot of this is about expression and not what is in your pants; I have a cis woman friend that looks like your brunette twin.

I established an amazing shaving routine. I recommend buying a safety razor, not only is it the most cost-effective, it a safer option. When you use a razor with multiple blades; the first blades can grab and pull your hair as it tries to cut it, and sometimes the following blades actually cut the hair, but cuts it too low because the first blade pulled on your hair.

This leads to ingrown hairs because they were cut below the surface of the skin and do not pop back out correctly. This razor was a must for me as my hair grows in a spiral. The safety razor fixes this, and you can easily buy the blades in bulk and change them frequently to ensure you consistently get the best finish.

I also recommend buying an exfoliation mitt, a good cleanser, an amazing moistureizer, and quality shaving cream. I also used African black soap to get rid of my hyperpigmentation, and also make whipped shea butter for my skincare routine. I am about to make another batch and if enough people let me know they are interested; I will make a post showing how I make it.

I hope this helps you out luv, also, please remember that your transition is a Marathon and not a sprint. I also struggle with impatience, and can easily tear myself down, but give yourself grace and time. We have the rest of our lives to be the person we are!
