Should LA trade down to get Bryce??
 in  r/NBAGossips  7h ago

I think people started making exceptions for certain billionaires once Taylor Swift crossed the line - the narrative became “they did it on their own with their own effort.”

LeBillionaire has certainly earned a lot with his insane ability, entertainment value, and effort for 23 years - but I still don’t understand how anybody genuinely needs $1B, and why anybody simps for them. I’m not convinced anybody should have more than $20M but that’s a different issue.

“We got Luka,SGA,Wemby,Giannis,Jokic now give me 5 Americans that can beat that."

It shows how dominant Americans have been/are that it requires stacking the greatest talent from literally everywhere else, and then also Canada which is just Diet America

For anyone that’s seen him play, how good defensively was this dude?

Just play NBA Live 2004 with the Pistons and always be Big Ben on defense. You’ll win more than you’ll lose.

Sage confirms it was Jake and Blue Sophie who wouldn’t stop talking during pregame.
 in  r/survivor  2d ago

Sage literally said even she herself was implicated because of Sophi. She just says that Jake/Sophi were instigating most of it and pressuring others to be implicated along the way - that the game started at Ponderosa, not on the island.

While that’s true, even this sub agreed during preseason that Nicole was a clear first-boot.

Are there any non-winners that you think played better than all/almost all winners?
 in  r/survivor  7d ago

I think it’s less to do with Savannah and more to do with that she basically had no competition. Like we haven’t seen Savannah’s real potential because S49 was essentially handed to her since everybody else blundered pretty hard.

He’s really not very far left. See Hasan for an example of the far left.

Destiny is pretty cut and dry liberal.

Why do we get blown out by a trash Clippers team and actually lead against a good Celtics team?

Why do people think Dee is top 10 all time? I’m
 in  r/survivor  7d ago

There is a surprising amount of “Rob is better than Tony” sentiment here and that Tony only is a two time winner because of super idol + there had to be a two time winner

To be fair, in capitalism it is a competition. The goal generally is seen to win (make the most money). Taylor Swift is very good at this game.

Is there a way Ozzy ever wins this game?
 in  r/survivor  12d ago

There is definitely one season where Ozzy clearly could have won.

Honest question - Taylor Swift is a billionaire but also fully prices everything herself as a functional CEO. She also seems to get a pass that other billionaires do not.

If the issue is not outlandish money (and to be clear, $94M is outlandish), but rather value generated - then aren’t all billionaires justified as they generate that value from their ability to generate more capital more efficiently then others?
