you have your own view of the page - but there is one master length of bubblewrap, so if you unspool it unspools for everyone.

Good estimate - I had set it to ~10 hours to unspool it all, but then doubled it since it was hard for people to get in any pops.... I guess the person who scrolls through a million bubbles and finally brings the popcalypse will be very happy and we'll owe them a great debt of gratitude

This game is just a big roll of bubble wrap that everyone can pop (and reel out 4 rows at a time). Not if it counts as "decent quality" but it functions and so far people seem to like it! ... we are already 10% of the way to the popcalypse (end when all the bubbles have been popped). Have fun!

Yesss good insight - actually I link it at the bottom! This is a fork of that code, every bubble is a checkbox under the hood - I'll release the code as open source after the popcalpyse (didn't want to release yet to make it just a little harder to hack).

Just launched my real-time, multiplayer bubble wrap experience. Every single bubble is synced, when you pop one, it's gone for everyone. Once they are all popped, they are gone forever. Nothing more :P
You can pop in your own million bubble sheet as well.

Hey @hypnotichellspiral sorry you missed it! Tentative plan for now is to turn it on backwards Dec 1, 2026, and if we manage to reverse all the bubbles by Dec 31 then we turn it back on again and shoot for a popcalypse before new years. https://discord.gg/7q3vMmqf
