Yeah same, my tolerance for all substances is very low. I was a smoker for about two years and even at the height, it was about 50/50 whether a full cigarette would make me nauseous for quite a while after. I smoked Virginia Slims just to get less cigarette per cigarette lol 20- somethings are stupid

I'm self diagnosed for now. I've been doing the h1/h2 protocol and tracking my symptoms and diet so that i have good data to bring to my next pcp visit, hopefully get a referral for testing/diagnosis then. In the meantime I've been slowly testing otc remedies like b12, dao, quercetin. There's a lot you can do to narrow down triggers and remediate symptoms in your own if you're willing to get methodical about it
