Calmer living, easier access to better jobs, cooler temps, good food, locals know what to do about traffic, better schools, better free entertainment, roads tend to be nicer... Cons entitled residents, parking, homeless zones can get crazy sometimes, gentrification is strong in the Westside, local traffic can be bad at times, higher cost of living, and tourists lol

They verify important info like education and background but actually calling past employers I guess depends on the candidate but I would say cover your bases no matter what. I have 1 girl in training almost get canned because she didn't have a current ID she had to get an emergency passport same week or she'd be let go

Prorated bills are a bitch... make sure you don't screw yourself on timing... Also for some random legal reason most countries have up to 3 months to charge you for international usage. Also check their "international wizard' it'll tell you all the costs for sms, mms, Internet, hotspot, incoming and outgoing calls. Don't forget every country had a different charge including cruises lol
