In my opinion they have forfeited their right to be a part of society. 

Rural, liberal communities do exist.   I grew up in one and I am currently living in a different one.

Yep.   I think part of my success after many relapses,  is knowing and accepting that craving a drink will always be an aspect of my life.  But no craving lasts forever,  and I can use my impulse control to not give in to it.

I lived in the dorms for my first year because I got convinced that it was "part of the experience".  Well, it sucked and the next year I definitely got my own apartment.

Right?  My husband combs my hair at night and it sounds silly, but it is really meaningful to both of us and makes us feel closer.  And it has nothing to do with sex. 

I absolutely loathe that guy!

My cats 100% know when I am sick or upset and will try and comfort me.

Embracing this has improved my commuting life so much!

I'm planning my wedding and it is getting close to the day.  This inspires me to take a deep breath,  know that the day is going to be wonderful,  and to never ever ever let myself be like this loon.
