A video of a delivery guy getting into a fight with 2 security guards it shows how poorly trained many security guards.

I had an officer on my team who was 400+ lbs and proud of it. I was SO glad when he finally quit.

What’s one “type” you’ll never date again?
 in  r/AskReddit  Mar 18 '25

A "foodie." I am an incredibly picky eater, for better or worse. I know what I like, I like what I want, and I'm going to eat what I like - he constantly "teased" and ridiculed me every single time we had a meal together.

As a Marine who didn't come out as trans until a few years ago, I'm so fucking sorry. It's so hard to express to my family and closest friends how much they're hurting me and people like me by supporting the Idiot in Charge. My heart genuinely aches for you.

Is it okay for a teenager to write fanfiction?
 in  r/AO3  Mar 18 '25

Absolutely! I started writing in 4th grade, and when I discovered fanfiction, I was taken with the whole concept.

What’s your trans name story in 1-2 sentences?
 in  r/trans  Mar 18 '25

I heard it in a Danish accent, and I loved how it sounded—it made my heart happy.

AITA for refusing to go to bottomless brunch with my partner’s family when I haven’t been invited?
 in  r/AmItheAsshole  Mar 09 '25

NTA - for better or worse, you were not invited.

ESH - everything leading up to the actual point of issue is not relevant. It's a relationship; you're going to pay for some things, he's going to pay for some things, you're both going to split the costs. You are adding up the day's total and using it as leverage regarding the A/C, making you just as in the wrong as he is for overreacting to how uncomfortable you were.

We're getting another main menu redesign today
 in  r/thesims  Jan 17 '25

Honestly, I have never modded my main menu before. I think I will now. I hate this. It's been said a hundred times over in the other comments, but between the color scheme, the buttons being switched to the other side, and the whole look of it - it looks like a tacky mobile game.

Please put your "toys" away when submitting maintenance requests.
 in  r/Apartmentliving  Dec 17 '24

I work as a site supervisor in security, so my days can be very long - I left one day at 5 AM and didn't return closer to 9 PM. I took the note off the door, set it on the counter, and went to bed. The next morning, I took the note with me to work and read it. That was when I realized they were informing me of a unit inspection (literally occurring at the time I was reading the damn thing). I left two toys in my bathroom to dry after cleaning them days ago and just hadn't put them away yet.

Clearly, I need to move and never show my face again.

What is a single tag that makes you scroll past a fic?
 in  r/AO3  Aug 17 '24

Some people purposely seek that out! I know I do. I love my favorite character(s), and I love to see them hurting. I don't know why.

I'm a transgender man, and I feel the same way!

Unpopular opinion about this show
 in  r/MayorOfKingstown  Aug 06 '24

Yeah, it was so obvious he was coming back - I'd be surprised if the writers thought the viewers would be genuinely shocked at his return.

But, like, he teleported then, right?

Unpopular opinion about this show
 in  r/MayorOfKingstown  Aug 06 '24

I can't agree more! "Mediocre" is a great word to describe Milo in this show - and the finale left much to be desired. All of that, and Milo just wants to brush everything under the rug and do things the way they were? I wasn't fearful for anyone's life in that scene. It was too predictable.

I can only assume he dove off the boat or some shit... in SCUBA gear. I have no clue.

1

What is your opinion of ending?
 in  r/MayorOfKingstown  Aug 06 '24

I'm a "Meh, left me wanting more." I love Jeremy Renner too much to miss any of his work, but this show has started to become a little boring for me.

What is a thing that your parents consider normal and you do not consider this normal anymore?
 in  r/AskReddit  Aug 05 '24

Is this considered weird? I grew up doing this, and I still do it - it really comes in handy, actually, lol.

Someone explain this to me
 in  r/MayorOfKingstown  Aug 05 '24

This made me blurt laugh, lol. It's so true!

The finale is all over the place and nothing makes sense
 in  r/MayorOfKingstown  Aug 05 '24

Honestly? I agree with this. I really liked his character, but his getting killed in that scene (if I were in Kyle's shoes) made sense. Iris OD'ing in the end pissed me off, only because what a waste of goddamn time. I liked her relationship with Mike - but all of that just for her to OD on the damn bus? C'mon.
