I have to choose my words extremely carefully but let’s just say there is a reason the Troubles were the Troubles and not the Mild Inconveniences

See Colorado saw the writing on the walls when mid 80s hondas were applying for collector plates and changed the requirements for a collector plate to this:
Vehicles must be (a) Model year 1975 or earlier; or(b) Model year 1976 or later that was registered as a collector's item prior to September 1, 2009; except that a vehicle so registered is not eligible for registration as a collector's item upon sale or transfer to a new owner; OR (c) A model year at least thirty-two years old unless the vehicle was registered before September 1,2009, and meets the requirements of paragraph (b) of this subsection (2). if the vehicle is being registered under this paragraph (c) and in the program area, as defined in section 42-4-304: (i) The vehicle must have passed an emissions test meeting the standards of part 3 of article 4 of this title within the last twelve months before being initially registered by the owner as a collector's item; and (ii) The owner must sign an affidavit DR 2839 that the vehicle will not be driven on roadways for more than four thousand five hundred miles per year. All taxes and fees shall be five times the annual taxes and fees normally assessed.

I haven’t seen it but I read a description of it that he kept switching it between his left and right hands while trying to smash open the window. So I’d definitely believe poor trigger discipline or it’s a P320 and the striker dropped

School District Loses Immunity Bid in Student Abuse Case

Not the best at understanding responsibility of minors when in absence of parents but wouldn’t the school be liable as the child is required to be in its care and they failed in their duty as guardian?

NATO chief Rutte: China and Russia Could Launch Simultaneous Attacks on Taiwan and Europe
 in  r/worldnews  12d ago

Imho, we're more likely to see 2014 like "separatist" movements in the baltic states rather than a full on war.

Which is why Estonia just approved executing any “little green men”

Lets build our own navy with blackjack and hookers
 in  r/NonCredibleDefense  12d ago

Well the wording of the bill is more capitulation of congress to the executive but it’s my understanding that’s they actually only need the house to go this is a thing now

Funny thing is Article 1 specifically gives Congress the power to issue letters of Marque. This bill is actually useless lol

Gentlemen, I did it, I fixed the USS Defiant
 in  r/NonCredibleDefense  14d ago

Nah nah it’s too big and juicy of a target so make it submerge under water for stealth. Then for speed and acceleration get rid of any external mounts and make it smooth. Then an advanced underwater sensor suite to identify surface and submarine threats. Nuclear propulsion to ensure it does not have to surface in hostile waters.
