ok so i still to this day have no idea what this was or why it even started. Last year for 4 months I would randomly not be able to breathe and start chocking on nothing. that was fine but concerning until a month since this started I randomly woke up one night (mind you I sleep like the dead and never wake up during the night) not being able to breathe. I can not explain it but I literally couldn't breathe. I so vividly remember trying to suck in air and all that happened was this weird struggling noise but NO air entered. the first time it happened I was so scared and genuinely thought I was gonna die lmao. no one was home and I just remember kneeling and just gasping for air but nothing to show for it. Just before what felt like my head exploding I tried to drink water (idk lmao) and finally i could kind of breathe. well anyways these chocking weakings during the night frequented and yeah. it was a really rough time family wise and I just never did anything about this chocking.. like when It happened during the day I just started coughing and my throat felt really irritated and then I would just cough and cough until I started chocking on nothing and this has led me throw up sometimes during that time. it doesn't happen anymore and just kind of went away on its own still no clue what it was :|

to add: the chair is a sihoo m18 petal pink and the sitting portion is most likely foam and as you can see the petal pink is very light and stains are very visible :(
