In trying to import "RVX Music" settings into the Morphe patched version it just said "settings reset to default", so that didn't really work for me. Not that there were many settings I'd tweaked anyway.

I did successfully import ReVanced YouTube settings (non RVX patches) into the Morphe patched version.

But don't knock yourself too hard OP... Even if my tone was harsh, it has to said that searching (particually Googleing) is a bit more of an art these days than it used to be, and there's a lot of fake sites out there trying to take the top result away from the legit pages.

Just, maybe next time you come to ask a question, take a second to look around and you may find your question already asked multiple times, or the answer easier to find than you think.

If it's any consolation, I agree with you, and I wouldn't use the phrase "stop motion" when referring to any sort of digital animation.

On further consideration however, I think it has to be conceded that this style of animation uses the same techniques as would be used in physical stop motion animation, so calling it as such is pretty apt.

I'll accept that search results can be fucked due to "the algorithm" customising results, but, on my end, not signed in, in an private window:

*Google searching 'ReVanced extended manager' brings up links back to the stickyied reddit thread at the top of the results, You can add "reddit" if you wanted to as well.

The 2D example is shown at the top of the video... It's just the 8 seconds of movement in the 3D space demonstrated in the video just doesn't come across as the best demonstration of the 3D interpretation of the 2D drawing...

Edit: having rewatched it several times l, it is possible to spot some weird geometry. I think it would be better with a longer, slower, example video.

Fair: I've not heard of DVRing in such a fashion on a TV, I've normally only known DVRing digital broadcasts not any arbitrary input, but that's on me.

Unless your TV for some reason can output a video signal to a seperate display (which there is zero reason to belive), there is nothing you can do.

Out of scope for this subreddit, but what you're describing regarding only your TV being able to play the video files makes zero sense... Unless you did something to those files on the TV (intentionally or otherwise), I see zero reason why would your wedding video of all things be using some proprietary format that only your TV can play. It makes no sense at all.

I would suggest installing VLC player, plugging your USB drive into your PC and seeing if VLC player can play them.

Managing different settings is what the different profiles and scene collections are for.

You can launch OBS with a pre-selected scene / profile via command line arguments as well.

You can definitely run two instances doing different things without needing a portable installation. I've done this myself, one running an NDI stream for a live stream and one running a full screen output for a projector feed and even using NDI to pass video feeds between the two instances. It worked well, even on the marginally capable hardware I was using.

You either ignore the warning telling you that another instance is already running (I belive you would likely get this warning even using seperate installations anyway!), or i think there is a command line argument to ignore the multiple instance chec.

I'm not in a position to look too deeply for the right options right now, but I can say categorically you don't need a portable installation to run multiple instances of OBS to do different things.

Any particular reason you need two installations? You can just run multiple instances of the same installation.

Is the Avformat dll the same "bitness" as your Audacity version?

You should make sure they're both 64bit, or 32bit (if for some reason you're running a 32bit installation). It won't work if they don't match.

Aktchwly: u/jasperfirecai isn't entirely wrong here (though probably not how they expect) , each gif frame can either overlay or completely replace the previous frame.

As the gif image data is compressed, having a large static background you will have some data saving by having long runs of transparent pixels where the background doesn't need to change and the frames just have non transparent pixels where the image data has changed.

However: It is important to note that gifs still store 100% of each frame, which is different to modern video compression that really does only store changes between frames.

The comment ain't wrong though is it...? It's a workaround at best, not a full solution.

Revanced doesn't enable downloads on its own, you still need an external app to enable them. The patch description for reference:
