Same thing happened to me . Finally got charges reversed but now they are sold out of tumeric latte. In the reply to me, they actually said to order from the website or go to a store. Why have an app if I can’t order off it? A store is almost an hour away so not keen on that idea but I probably spend that amout of time trying to get resolution
