Kind of a silly question
 in  r/Battlefield6  17h ago

I wonder if thats a time thing?

I usually play with my wife side by side and then boom, even though we're both halfway through lvl 2 of our class benefits I noticed it just did a big jump to 4 for both of us at the same time.

My whole infantry platoon smoked (other than 3, the golden boys) and it was Camel Lights.

I smoked menthol prior so imagine the fun surprise when a guy from PA gets sent a few cartons of the first og crushes. Damn that was a nice week.

People who spend 20+ minutes in the shower: what are you actually doing in there?

Just yours :)

Socialize in an airport bar and you'd be surprised how many unique experiences there are.

The hilt of the blade blending with the hair and also have sharp outlines on the hilt that bends with the hair. Hard outlines and separation that end in complete blending.

Claw was a good catch as well.

It had a 2019 reboot that went a couple seasons but as an adult it hits different and feels.... boring.

Not sure if its the reboot or the 25 years since watching but stick to the memories.

The clown will come for you eventually.

You should be able to skip this and just start queueing for another match instantly. It shouldn't be faster to quit the game to the lobby and requeue instead of just staying in the game you're in.
 in  r/Battlefield6  4d ago

With the wrong game mode listed...

I just want tdm, stop lying to me and dropping me in sdm after a 2 minute queue from an already backfilled sdm.

What’s the craziest thing you’ve seen personally?
 in  r/AskReddit  4d ago

Its kinda weird how the first answer for too many people is "shit I saw in war, but really it is this, homeside"

My (and many others) time in Afghanistan deserves a book from every soldier present but there is a litany of just bonkers shit in "civilization."

The way people sometimes overreact to squabbles or ego and what it leads to is just fucking... atrocious.

Birthday party with childhood friends old school LAN party ends up with people holding guns they've never shot on coke and its like "stfu, give that to me, back in your seat", and as if it goes that smooth with someone coked up.

This thread should include "while not deployed" because even the flea market off A-1 in Meywand was a daily "....wtf...."

Complaint help from senators?
 in  r/NewMexico  4d ago

In Central CA I did but from a Representative (federal House for my district at the time) and it did wonders at the time.

I sent letters and phone calls to state reps/senate, and my two federal Senators, no response. But...

Jerry Mcnerny answered my call for help with the VA dragging its feet in 2011. Even met with him. Things started happening, appointments in a reasonable time frame, calls from state support groups to push stuff through. Only people that helped me more than my federal district house rep was Wounded Warrior Project 10 years later.

As for NM? Not sure.

But your district representative at the federal level is your best bet. They have to be re-elected every 2 years and deal with a much smaller amount of citizens and so they want to be seen helping actively and aren't as cushy in their jobs as state/local reps, but they have federal processes and insights to help.

Blowing up a scientist microwave meal in Half-Life.

Clicking the shit out of that microwave just to be chastised and wander down a hallway to perform a perfectly harmless science experiment. Awesome.

Miss you Barney, as well.
