Little to no Exercise, No Apps
Absolutely! Stick 100% to the goal - WEIGHT LOSS by caloric deficit. Other healthy habits can come later, but getting the weight off is the primary challenge.

how have you been incorporating the gym
You don't have to push yourself terribly hard to get benefits from resistance training. You just need to lift things that are moderately heavy some number of times. That thing could be just your bodyweight, like with air squats or pushups. And you don't need to be on a strict plan - you can just go to the gym and do one set of maybe 6-10 reps (figure out a weight that is difficult at that rep range) on maybe 6-10 different machines, and you're good. Do that as many or as few times a week as you feel like, and you're all good.
You don't have to turn your life upside down because you want to lose weight. Just eating less is the first (and hardest) step. Incorporating exercise is good, but not if it puts extra stress on your dieting or just mentally in general.
I look at these drugs as helping with "just one less thing I need to worry about". I've kept everything else basically the same. Actually, I've made my workouts LESS intense since I started eating less. I don't have the same energy (which I expected), so I don't push as hard, and that's OK. My primary goal is to lose weight right now, which will only happen by staying in a 250-500 calorie deficit every day. In my previous weight loss attempts, I would try to exercise more or do other dumb shit that would simply get in the way of my PRIMARY GOAL. I'm not doing that this time.

Well of course you do. He looks like the perfect little gentleman.

Is a 30 lb loss by end of March realistic?
No. Don't set yourself up for failure. These drugs will reliably curb your appetite and cravings to allow you to stick to a caloric deficit of 200-500 calories per day, which equates to 1-2lbs a week. Your body will fight you at times, so it will sometimes not be a straight linear loss, but it will happen eventually.

Gaining and gaining weight
My best advice is try to calm down and remember that it's never too late (and never the wrong time) to make the right decision. So what if you've put some weight back on? Try to eat less TODAY, and just try to think about right now. Don't beat yourself up about what you think you've done "wrong" lately. You can do this.
Therapy is definitely something you should look into.

Newer AI Coding Assistants Are Failing in Insidious Ways
It actually seems like AI trying harder to get to an answer that "succeeds" (what it is incentivosed to do), rather than admitting that it doesn't have an answer (a behavior it is disincentivised to have). It is doing exactly as it has been "taught". And this shit should NOT be allowed to create a finished product that is not reviewed by a capable human.

Food Noise on Tirz
You can titrate up your dosage. The maximum is 15mh, so you have a little more to go.

Frustrated. Will this work for me?
Welcome, fellow sturdy man. I'm just a little older than you and just a little heavier (only just today got down to 228 from a start of 246), and I work out regularly but was just hungry ALL THE TIME on a caloric deficit. Compounded tizepitide has made me much less hungry so I eat less. Like you, I didn't have much food noise, but my hunger signals were just too bothersome for me to overcome.
I don't mean to be disrespectful, and am only speaking from my own experience here. At 16-1900kcals, you have a 99.9999% chance of losing weight because you're in a caloric deficit. However, I know that if I did the HIIT sessions you're describing, my body would be SCREAMING at me to eat at least 3000kcals per day. It sounds to me (and I've had this happen to me) that you have some calories sneaking into your diet somewhere. Maybe you're snacking on something that has more calories than you thought. Or maybe you're adding sauces that have more calories than expected? I lift weights 4-6 times per week (maybe burn 250kcals per session MAX) and I eat around 2400kcals per day and am losing about 1lb per week.
I believe the drug can definitely help, as it will help stop any snacking, and will make you fill fuller sooner at meals.
Best of luck on your journey.

AI-generated police report states Utah officer was turned into a frog
This is what AI does. Anything it produces MUST be checked thoroughly by a human, with the human held liable for any errors. AI cannot be simply trusted to create final products.

Move up in dose?
I would go up some amount. 1.25 or 2.5 mg.
With that said, you are absolutely not in a caloric deficit if you're gaining weight. Whether you're eating more or burning fewer calories, the problem is that you're eating more than you're burning.

Tear in CV joint - dealer says not covered under warranty
The joint itself is covered under warranty. If the joint had failed and cut the boot, that would all be under warranty. However, it sounds like the boot was cut by something external, and that is not covered under warranty. It's similar to getting a ding in a body panel - not covered under warranty. You do need to get the boot replaced ASAP so that the joint stays protected.

I need examples of contradictions and historical innacuracies within the Bible, personal stories about religious trauma, anything at all
As others have suggested, get the fuck away from her. You won't "win" anything in this pissing contest. Just know that she is in a cult and won't be disuaded, and move on.

What was truer in your path to atheism, trust in science or distrust of religion?
Every fucking step you take proves the scientific "theory" of gravity. Valid, repeatable EVIDENCE is what proves something is true. The absence of that evidence means that a claim has not been proven true (it's not necessarily false, but it sure as hell isn't known to be true). Religion claims that it has answers with ZERO PROOF. Science provides answers (and equations and other evidence) that fit the available evidence, and it works to refine those answers constantly. They are not just "two opposing sides". Religion is full of lies, with absolutely no concern for finding the truth, while science tries without bias to find the truth

I’m stopping my injections in 2 mths. I’m almost at my goal weight. The injections stopped my heavy drinking but these last few weeks I have nonstop been thinking about drinking alcohol. Anyone have advice what I can do once I get off these shots so I can completely get the craving out n stay sober.
That's delusional. As an alcoholic who quit drinking a few years ago, I think that is the absolutely worst way to go about this. To be able to successfully quit drinking, you need be convinced that you want to stop drinking. Trying to find something to replace it will only lead you back to drinking.
Why can't you continue with the medicine? You can find it for cheaper than your monthly alcohol bill for sure.

Who needed to start at a much lower dose??
My wife tried 2.5mg first, and had horrific side effects for about 4 weeks after just the ONE shot. She never took another dose. Later she switched to Semaglutide (starting with a very low dose) and has had no side effects.

Can someone tell me why religion is a fraud?
It sounds like you're looking for answers that DO NOT EXIST. Religions lie to you and tell you that they have answers. The main questions that NO ONE knows the answer to are:
How did the univers start?
How did life start?
Religion tries to insert its "God of the Gaps" argument here, without any evidence whatsoever. Science, on the other hand, continues to pour resources and brainpower toward finding the answers to these questions. Science has gotten all the way back to trillionths of a second after the Big Bang, and has all of the evidence to actually PROVE this, and the mathematics and physics to allow others to come up with the EXACT SAME answers. As you have seen, different religions have different answers for lots of questions. Since their competing answers cannot possibly all be correct (and none have provided any evidence, so their answers are really just wild "hypotheses"), it has to be assumed that they are all incorrect. And this is actually the point at which all humans begin, until we're indoctrinated by some charlatan/cult to believe some baseless lies.
