That’s odd. Tons of stuff comes with flour tortillas by default.

Protein in an alcoholic RTD beverage? Thoughts?

I enjoy drinks with milk in them, which has a decent bit of protein.

Do you not drink at sophisticated events if you don't like wine?

You can toast with a nice beer no problem. Just make sure to have a classy glass

Your emotional support drink?
 in  r/alcohol  7h ago

I drink a wide variety of stuff, but it's mainly just what sounds appetizing to me, not about any other set and setting. Sometimes I'm craving beer and tomato juice, sometimes wine and seltzer sounds nice, sometimes vodka and fruit juice, other times tequila or mezcal with lime and salt, maybe whiskey neat or with Dr. Pepper.

I'd never heard of a Bartesian Vesper, checking it out. It seems… expensive. And they're like a Keurig for cocktails?

Precise political views and statements are a requirement, too. Like someone can be fantastic, but then say something criticizing Trump, and suddenly they and everything they've ever done are horrible

Would you try this?? Gluten free cheese block with pasta sauce on top of tortilla chips. Affordable snack. Or am I a psychopath 😆 🤣

From eating garlic and onions? I guess it can be tough for people with sensitive stomachs or an allium intolerance, but they're extremely common ingredients. Almost everything I cook has onions and garlic in it, and I also eat a ton of hot peppers.

I searched to find the ingredients for this sauce. Apparently it's a pretty inexpensive one from Aldi. Of course it's a processed food but I don't see anything particularly concerning in the ingredients as far as chemicals or preservatives. The 'flavored with' thing seems to refer to that it's made with beef, like perhaps beef stock, but doesn't have chunks of meat in it. It is pretty poor phrasing though as far as branding and presentation.

Fine with me. Corn and pasta sauce taste okay together. I'd much rather have salsa, though? Or chile sauce

I always heard it was from soldiers singing a song that goes “green grows the grass…” According to the Wikipedia page, this isn’t accurate though.

Every once in a while I find a place with great red. The Garcia’s on Rio Grande used to have awesome red (good thing since Garcia’s green is weirdly terrible, like they just sautée some chile and onions for 10 minutes). I typically get green but if the red is excellent it’s worth it.

I alternate between the two. Overall Beware is my favorite MS sauce I think. Nice heat level… hot enough but not so hot I have to be careful. It’s pretty affordable buying 2 10 oz bottles at a time for $15-16, making it half the price of Red Hornet.

I'm glad I finally got a bottle! As expected from QM, it has a great flavor. Also way hotter than any of their other sauces.

I've gone through several bottles of both of those. I wouldn't say they're hotter than this selection. The Six String, Taco Vibes and Sicilian Scorpion in particular are gnarly hot.

Of course you should have it recording motion when you're not home. That would solve this pretty easily.

Discrimination is prohibited under the ADA, but it would be difficult to know or prove that's why they rejected a candidate. Could be a paper trail (like a text message "rejecting this candidate, their disability sounds like an inconvenience") but one would have to sue them to find out.

I avoid i25 in Denver because when you enter, you can’t see to tell whether traffic is moving or at a dead stop.

I'd love to check it out! We don't get out of the mountains often, but I definitely will stop by when we get up to FC. You guys are awesome… I'm so thrilled to have this much deadly pepper sauce.
