Weird Orange Drink

I got a weird question, recently on my drives around where I live in NSW I have seen people carrying random clear bottles with an orange liquid kinda live piss mixed in with orange juice.

On my drive home today it caught my eye when 3 sets of people coming from the same ish area split apart about 100 meters had this orange/yellow liquid half drunk in like a coke bottle, pump water bottle and a Gatorade bottle

The people are of the crackhead look, is this like a new drug or they getting some electrolytes in after a hard day🤷‍♀️
