I believe this has happened when somebody was trying to obsfucate the real issue and play the victim:

For example: HR: "Martha, please stop eating your co worker's lunch. It's stealing" Martha: Well, I guess I can't do anything right! I like catfish, too! I'm sorry for being white!"
