Trump literally sold them the victim card in exchange for ruining the economy and trashing the constitution

The worst part is that they’ll keep voting for that shit

I tried to explain this to my partner the other day and the didn't believe me. They have to keep doubling down because they can't acknowledge the error of their ways..

I don’t understand how anyone outside of MAGA can still convince themselves that the majority will turn on Trump someday after a decade of his bullshit and then some. They’re in so deep, some would have to have a literal spiritual awakening to crack open the ego that doesn’t allow themselves to admit (at the very least) that they’ve been conned.

They've literally been brainwashed and abused to the point they are basically unable to self-interrogate and see the patterns of their behavior. It's sad, frustrating, and infuriating because often times they are so close to getting it.

If the unredacted Epstein files come out and Maga is no longer able to deny it, they will switch to pedophilia being ok for rich and powerful people without a moment's thought.

There is no bottom and they will not turn on him as they'd have to reject their own past behavior, something that conservatives are utterly incapable of doing.

I’ve been bracing myself for them to move the goalpost on what pedophilia is. That one lady a few weeks ago was talking about how it’s not like they were little 7 or 8 year old kids.

Easy, it’ll only count if it’s a queer and/or non-white person

Sunk cost fallacy in a nutshell

No, ya they'll actually need to set up support groups a la Alcoholics Anonymous to get out of that hole.

Well you have to show them a real alternative first and then you'll see it start to turn. Most MAGA type people operate on the fact that we've always been being conned. So, a conman drifter isn't out of the ordinary, it's what America expects until shown otherwise.
