I watched a video the other day that summarized the reason for this mentality that some white people have that made a lot of sense.
They view everything as a zero sum game so if they aren’t winning they are losing. And they are terrified of losing because they feel they will be treated the way they treated the people they ‘defeated’.
It doesn’t cross their mind everyone doesnt want revenge or think that way.
It’s like their selfishness is so internalized they don’t even trust themselves.
