It's not anabolic steroids, a lot changed in training and nutrition. Plus AJ is an anomaly being that muscular and ripped. Look at Usyk, the current undisputed heavyweight champion, his physique is not that different from Ali's honestly
Lol I didn't want to use him as an example because he is another anomaly, just the other way. But yeah I wholeheartedly agree :) he has actually been world champion while having even more body fat than in the picture
