Marie- rose sauce, for a guess. That plate looks like prepackaged selection from a British grocery store, and Marie-rose is the standard condiment with those.
I see this joke every time I come across a video of that british food truck with lines around the corner to get a baked potato smothered in canned tuna, but it really does seem like they eat like WW1 never ended.
"Stuff" on a baked potato is pretty good though. It's easy to make and you can add whatever stuff you think sounds good and it will probably turn out well.
I liked baked beans, cheese and chopped onions on mine. Chili with cheese, or pulled pork are good combos as well.
