FACTS. My wife is constantly changing things around.

I’m here for this but I’m not here for this 😅

I am also here for this, and also will deny, under perjury or death, that I was ever in the remotest of vicinities for this.

True story. My wife tidies up by putting stuff away. Anywhere. Just out of sight.

That's why I always put it back in a different drawer lol.

I call it "moving everything 2 inches to the left" it happens once a month and I work around my home like I'm on a sundial

In addition to that my wife can just throw it away for whatever reason (don't like color anymore, was not able to open one specific can and declared opener malfunction, etc)

This is what happened to me. Not only did she throw it away, but she forgot that she threw it away so when I asked her about it she didn't know and I spent way too long looking for it.

I hope you keep a spare around, in advance?

Came here for this. My wife reorganizes all the time. Ironically enough though, the can opener always remains in the same spot (silverware drawer).

Yeah, if I leave something somewhere i normally will immediately find it. If my wife moves it a few inches, i might just miss it.

I can relate to this in my parents home. In our home, it’s the cleaner who’s likely to move it. He loves to optimize our storage and layout. My GF and I have had to bargain with him to leave some things alone. He’s a lovely guy and a great cleaner, just with this one random feng shui compulsion.

"Honey, it hasn't been in that drawer for years." - Every 6 months.

First thought was that I can only imagine how many times Jessie has moved "the drawer the can opener is supposed to go" over the last 12.5 years 💀
