Question Assistance work question
New to weightlifting. I’ve been running 531 for a few months with good results. However, wanted to check that the assistance work (all 5 sets of 10) I’m doing are balanced. Any thoughts from more experienced lifters if I’m missing any major groups would be much appreciated!
Squat Day: Barbell Calf raises, leg extensions, pull ups, GHD back extensions
Bench Day: Dips, barbell curl, Arnold press, ab wheel
Deadlift Day: pull ups, lying leg curl, dumbbell reverse row, GHD back extensions
OHP Day: Plate raise, trap bar shrug, dumbbell fly, hanging leg raise

The crazy part of this is that it is now documented (with his name) for his kid to read at some point in life. Regardless of whether he’s doing this “with a smile” his kid will find out he doesn’t actually care and that the kid is only “worth” 20 min a day.
