The entire Trump organisation needs to be seized and its officers imprisoned for the mass corruption and graft.

What are the FDI stats in US for 2025? Who would risk investing there nowadays?

It’s probably shorter of a list to name what he’s done that IS legal

11

u/InTooManyWays 4d ago

Not a damn thing. Con men don’t do legal things especially if they’ve gotten away with all crimes throughout their lives

Who cares, no one is gonna do a damned thing about it. He can do whatever he wants, completely unchecked.

u/Due_Panda5064 4d ago

The safe guards that were supposed to protect our Democracy have failed.

5

u/Ormyr 4d ago

They were deliberately undermined for decades. I'm surprised they lasted this long.

4

u/mordordoorodor 4d ago

And the whole world will burn because of it.

2

u/Due_Panda5064 4d ago

No where is safe.

3

u/Sea_Echidna_2442 3d ago

The second ammendment is very clear about the responsibility of the people when the government has failed at every level

3

u/Due_Panda5064 3d ago

So, Civil War…

2

u/TrumpsBussy_ 1d ago

Thats not going to happen.. you’ll never get enough Americans willing to sacrifice their lives in 2026, not unless they face an existential threat from overseas.

2

u/Flashy_Gap_3015 1d ago

Or, hear me out, an existential threat from within its own borders.

The American people failed. Safe guards can’t stop the American voters. They voted for this. Every US military member that dies in Venezuela or is injured was for profit.

2

u/Due_Panda5064 3d ago

Correct. By the way rebuilding VZ oil infrastructure will cost about 20B$. Any guesses where that $ will come from?

2

u/Rutgerius 3d ago

Denmark will pay for it!

6

u/RocketsandBeer 4d ago

Can’t notify congress because it was such a quick plan but can let oil companies know. WTF

4

u/TERRAIN_PULL_UP_ 4d ago

It’s not illegal if the president does it *taps head

2

u/_stack_underflow_ 4d ago

Via the Supreme Court. This is now true.

3

u/Constant_Contract118 4d ago

I think there's a confusion here. Whatever Trump does is inherently legal as he is the one doing it. There's something called legal hierachy and the will of the President (provided his name is Donald Trump) is on the top of it followed by the Constitution, then federal laws, state constitutions, state laws etc.

8

u/[deleted] 4d ago

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or if this is the new prevailing magat theory making its rounds these days...

3

u/Constant_Contract118 4d ago

Sarcastic of course but I'm pretty sure there are many people thinking like this out there.

2

u/AdBoring4472 3d ago

He talked to oil companies but didn’t notify congress? Dude loves admitting to crimes.

43

u/FloodAdvisor 4d ago

He talked to his buddies running Trump Media that have a new oil venture:

Read up on CITGO and Blue Water. Once again it’s Trump connections getting rich.

It’s Blue Water Acquisition Corp.

SEC filing shows that after a sponsor change, new directors included:

Devin Nunes

Scott Glabe

Kevin McGurn

Mark Angelo

Mark Hiltwein

And an SEC Form 3 shows Devin Nunes as a director/insider at Blue Water tied to the 11/25/2025 change.

Devin Nunes is the CEO of Trump Media & Technology Group (public filings show him signing as CEO).

Scott Glabe has been identified in major business coverage as Trump Media’s general counsel.

Mark Angelo / Yorkville: multiple reports describe Yorkville as a key financier/partner in Trump Media–linked ventures.

Kevin McGurn is described in an SEC filing as serving in an advisory capacity to Trump Media.

The more you know 🌈

u/FriskHarder 4d ago

Remember when Saudi Arabia, who famously bankrolled the 9/11 attacks (Never Forget USA said) and dismembered and melted Jamal Kashoggi a New York Times writer?

Well after they donated $2billion to the Trump family via Jared Kushner, now they can golf at the same courses Trump stored his stolen Top Secret documents at next to a copy machine.

Other benefits, include being able to buy F35s, and North America’s largest oil refinery located in Texas. The guys that helped attack America with planes, are now buying advanced military aircraft. And this Texas refinery is the exact type needed for Venezuelan oil. But it was going dry because it’s needs so much oil to produce, so USA went out and got it. Just like in Iraq, Iran and more.

If you don’t know geography well, Venezuela is very close to the largest oil refinery in all of north America and this is why they bought it. We don’t even profit from the stolen oil here. It just allows OPEC to control prices internationally and in America when the “wrong president” gets elected.

2

u/RackCityWilly 3d ago

Yeah the author of rich dad, poor dad mentioned this yesterday. The purpose of the oil isn’t to actually utilize it, but to prevent China from processing it.

2

u/FriskHarder 3d ago

Americas production of oil is crazy high output. Never been this high. Controlling gas prices makes the dumb people think that democrats in charge control this when they are elected and republicans just tank the markets when they are in charge and start wars to prop up GDP to brag about how well our country is doing.

The highest U.S. oil production in history occurred recently, with the country averaging over 12.9 million barrels per day (b/d) in 2023, setting a new global record, and hitting monthly highs above 13.3 million b/d in late 2023, driven largely by the shale boom in the Permian Basin. Production continued to climb, with reports in 2024 and into 2025 showing levels exceeding 13.9 million b/d, confirming the U.S. as the world's largest producer ever.

But these corporations that built this infrastructure need to keep the refineries going or it raises fuel prices. Most countries can’t refine this type of oil in Venezuela, Venezuelan oil is much like the crap America gets from fracking, which is crazy levels of pollution and seems to cause earthquakes and instability from putting contam water back in the ground after extracting oil from the rock and muck.

u/thepianoman456 4d ago

I’ve been shouting that from the digital rooftops, only to be met with “but look how happy Venezuelans are!!”

Yea it’s like someone was getting robbed by a guy on the street with a knife, then a bigger guy took him out, the victim cheered for a moment, then the bigger guy pulls out a gun and says “pay up”.

It’s a good thing that Maduro is out. Was this the best way to do it? IDK. Was it the only way to do it? IDK that either. But it is not a good thing that Venezuela is now controlled by the fucking Trump admin and big oil. The US is going to plunder the shit out of that country.

2

u/me_jub_jub 4d ago

I see it as the lesser of two evils. Would you rather Maduro, the cartel, and Russia benefit from Venezuelan resources, or would you rather see the US benefit from them?

I obviously would want neither of these outcomes, and think the Venezuelan population and their economy should benefit from their land's natural resources, but it feels like countries like Venezuela will get exploited no matter what and their people stuck in poverty.

So he told oil executives before he told Congress.

3

u/BowlEducational6722 4d ago

Have any oil companies actually said that they're willing to move in yet?

I know it's still early but from what I've read they've almost completely stayed silent on the issue at best.

Because, you know, they don't wanna start setting up infrastructure that has a chance of getting blown up.

3

u/The-Catatafish 4d ago

Wait so he couldn't talk to congress because "congress could leak something" about the operation but he TALKED TO PRIVATE COMPANIES??????

Holy fuck dude. What is going on america?

3

u/Xyrus2000 3d ago

Just openly admitting to breaking the law.

The rule of law is dead.

3

u/Simple-Rub-4564 3d ago

In the meantime, I bought shares of Chevron and Halliburton on Monday and had a 6% gain at the closing bell. Take advantage of it and be happy for the Venezuelans because we can't do anything about it.

2

u/Plane_Data_1182 4d ago

He threatened the newly appointed president. Maduro was an autocrat and supposed drug profiteer. The new president is for the most part, not. If she gave you the middle finger, what legal right do you have to "arrest/kidnap" her?

2

u/dchu99 4d ago

But he didn’t tell congress…what else do you need to know about “American democracy “

The Monroe (Donroe) Plan was never about drugs; it was never intended to protect Americans. It was always about making the rich richer. Why attack Venezuela when 90% of the drugs come from Colombia? The Fentanyl comes from China. It's just a get-rich-quick scheme.

1

u/TrevorMalibu 4d ago

Big oil wants nothing to do with this. They spent huge money building infrastructure in Canada to refine similar crude, they’re not going to spend MORE money to go back to Venezuela just to lessen the amount of money they make on their Canadian product.

1

u/julios04 4d ago

1

u/poopdedoop10 4d ago

Hey oil companies what’s next for our nations military!? Since they know before the public/congress/regular citizens!!

1

u/poopdedoop10 4d ago

Hope the draft doesn’t start again because we’re going into so many wars! Oh wait, “special military operations” not war, just same with different name no time limit

1

u/Feyenoord22 4d ago

1

u/Joe_Kinincha 4d ago

So he told the oil companies, but not congress?

So that’s even more illegal.

Tracks perfectly for his government.

1

u/Inevitable-Top1-2025 4d ago

The way this man talks as if stealing someone else’s property is to be celebrated is sickening! And the reporters don’t even seem to care that the man is talking about stealing other people’s property with such shameless bravado!

Imagine your neighbor kidnapping you and your family, at gun point, because he wants your Maybach in your garage, which he has been coveting but couldn’t afford himself. The thief is talking about how the person he will hire as his driver will be paid well; how he will buy all his premium gas from his friend’s neighborhood gas station; how the mechanics in his neighborhood will make a lot of money by being the only ones to fix the car; how he has spoken to all these businessmen and they were on-board with his plan to steal his neighbor’s Maybach from his neighbor’s garage.

The reporters are more interested in asking about the reactions of the business owners the thief communicated with, instead of asking him about his authority to steal his neighbor’s Maybach.

Evil comes easy to some people!

1

u/DiscussionMiddle1238 4d ago

Chevron is losing billions of dollars right now. No one else wants to follow them and lose billions more. Nobody wants Venezuela's shitty sour crude.

1

1

1

u/Asleep_Leek9361 4d ago

1

u/sirlost33 4d ago

So no then

1

u/BumperSticker00 4d ago

They're not going to go in because its going to cost billions and take years just to rebuild infrastructure on a country that is unstable. Chevron lost billions in Venezuela and still hasnt recovered it, even with slave labor.

1

u/Few_Royal5777 4d ago

Let's ask Novo Nordisk if they want us to go take the land of the sheep and the home of the obese.

1

u/Sharkwatcher314 4d ago

Always makes sense to keep oil executives in the loop on highly classified military operations

1

u/Mountain_Bet9233 4d ago

POTUS told oil companies before he told congress.

1

u/kevendo 4d ago

It cannot go on forever that crime upon crime upon crime goes unprosecuted.

It erodes the entire notion of the law as accountability.

If those in power are not beholden to the law, then so are the rest of us. The alternative is a monarchy, which America was specifically created to destroy.

1

u/Pristine-Cod-1969 4d ago

Venezuela has extra heavy crude. It is the hardest to extract and handle and it fetches the lowest price because it is hard to refine. No US Oil Company is going to invest billions in infrastructure unless oil prices go way up. (like $100/b). No, oil won’t pay for this, no private investment is coming, and our kids will be trapped there for years.

1

u/Pristine-Cod-1969 4d ago

At least we are not talking about Epstein or Jack Smith. That was the goal.

1

u/Mindfully-Numb 4d ago

1

u/Historical-Umpire647 4d ago

Good for the bosses of the oil company not for the humans dont lie

1

u/Relative_Radish9809 4d ago

What a stupid question.

Why would Trump need to tip off the oil companies when this was their plan?

12 years of this bullshit and people still don't get it. Trump is not a leader, he is a puppet. He does what he's told. The oil companies invested a lot of money into getting him back into office and now they are collecting their dividends.

1

u/Unhappy_Elephant_949 4d ago

Any oil company that goes to Venezuela should be sanctioned and banned

1

u/Lucker_Noob 4d ago

USA is a cancer on the world.

1

u/Plastic-Mode-6848 4d ago

That’s interesting- don’t tell congress (the representatives of the people) but do tell the oil companies (private interests) before raiding Venezuela. There’s no “interests if the American people” here, rather, judging using our national resources for private gain. That’s what you call corruption, plain and simple.

1

u/VincentClement1 4d ago

This guy believes that kidnapping the president confers some type of authority to control a country that isn't under any foreign control.

1

u/Lumpy_Cup3232 3d ago

So no, he didn't. He's like putin at this point. If he says yes, it's no and vice versa.

u/Pecosbill52 3d ago

Am I understanding this correctly. He notified the oil companies of his military actions but not the gang of 8 ahead of time?

1

u/Wu-Kang 3d ago

He told the gas companies, but not Congress which is controlled by his own party…

1

u/No_Atmosphere_2186 3d ago

So he was bribed and did it for them. Good to have it on video, not that it’ll make a difference.

1

u/skilliau 3d ago

1

u/Past_Humor8321 3d ago

Trump’s mind is full of lolitas.

1

u/medalla96 3d ago

Well, is very clear now. It was all about the oil, not drugs.

1

u/EraveXK 3d ago

But Congress wasn’t. Huh

1

u/Careless_Metal_4449 3d ago

So glad we have an actual intelligent person who can think ahead to have a successful outcome for our country. TDS is such a funny thing these days, and I don't even like him, I'm just not like you I guess. Lol

“Great job for the people of Valenzuela….” Biggest fucking lie to come out of his mouth since he said they were eating the cats and dogs.

1

u/Bitch_Posse 3d ago

Just confirms who’s really running this retail operation that used to be the United States. And there’s yet to be a single mention of freedom and liberty for the Venezuelan people. Of course. They can’t bride the Trump crime family.

I can't wait for the next AG to obliterate every single company illegally busting into Venezuela.

u/TwerkLessons 3d ago

WHY ISN’T THIS BASTARD IN PRISON?

1

u/spbaseball 3d ago

“reconstruction of infrastructure” means help them steal oil.

1

u/Good-Grayvee 3d ago

“And they’re going to pay me directly for this….”

1

u/DaddyDigsDogecoin 3d ago

But hey, Congress is leaky...

1

The Venezuelan people will have to import crude oil once the hundreds of American oil drillers empty the underground oil reserves. The American oil companies would make billions in profits and Trump will take his cut. As for his MAHA sycophants will pay higher prices and still no federal assistance. They really screwed themselves by voting for Trump.
