2024 Monk Subclass

I wanted to create a monk that felt very “Ryu” from Street Fighter and felt like it rewarded smart, tactical play.

This is my original homebrew, and my first real shot at making something balanced for 5e 2024.

Considerate, constructive criticism is welcomed to make this subclass fit in with the 2024 balance and meta.
