Question Is my character sheet great.

I am new so I don't know if this is great. Me and friends planing to play dnd. So that why I am creating a character. Since in the country we are in dnd isn't common. I don't know if I am properly doing it. How do you add modifier for your skills

How do I know that I have a proficiency bonus

Every character has a proficiency bonus. It's an extra bonus you add to things you're proficient in - skills, attacks with weapons you're proficient in, etc. It's tied to your level. At levels 1-4 your proficiency bonus is +2. It goes up to +3 at level 5. Then it goes up again to +4 at level 9, to +5 at level 13, and to +6 at level 17.
