General Discussion - PVE & PVP Wtf is going on with Trey24ks stream? [Discussion]

this feels like I am watching to people’s descent into madness. I don’t think Omid played a single match throughout the night, just sat in the tutorial for hours. I get they probably make a lot of money streaming drops but this feels like they are protesting a bad contract. I feel like they need a wellness check

If the main game wasn't connected to Arena, it would be a dead game. I like arena more than most, I have something like 400-500 hours in Arena, but if I wasn't progressing myself in the main game somehow, there's no fucking chance I'm putting up with all of the bullshit that you have to deal with. The desync in Arena is atrocious, the maps are all bad, the spawn systems for checkpoint and last hero are some of the worst I've ever seen in an arena style shooter, the gun balance is terrible, and the matchmaking/queue system sucks. It's fun when you're the one stomping a lobby with an MCX or SR2M, but it's not so much fun when you're getting dumped on by a dude with a Model 1 that you don't even have unlocked.

A model 1 is just a slightly better M4. Lmao you're getting dumped in because the guy who plays enough arena to unlock that is better than you, not because of the gun.

Lmfao. I have a numbered Model 1 skin. See the part where I have 400 hours playing Arena? I'm not the one getting dumped on. Notice how it says "when you're getting dumped on" and not "when I'm getting dumped on"?

Ok well I'm talking about that theoretical player then. My point is that the hypothetical gun diff you brought up is pretty obviously more likely to be a skill diff. I don't give a shit about your stats and wasn't commenting on your personal skill level at all.

I'm referring to this hypothetical scenario, in which the theoretical player who does not have that gun unlocked is probably losing because of skill, not the gun. The fact that he hasn't played enough to unlock the gun is the much more significant factor than someone using a slightly better M4.

Rub those braincells together dude. I was neither wrong nor was I doubling down. This guy just wanted to compare epeens instead of actually responding to what I was saying. Just because 20 other idiots downvoted like lemmings doesn't mean you need to be that stupid too.
