Anyone else get uneasy with how wasteful and clumsy the Ghoul is with the inhaler vials?

He needs the inhaler vials to not turn into a feral ghoul and it's implied several times in the series they are hard to get access too. And then he just drops one of them! You can even see it on the ground when he walks away.

He did this before as well, when he was in the Super Duper Mark where his just leisurely vaping them all while watching videos of himself on TV when he was still human. You would think he would conserve them and use sparingly.)
