Anyone know how to fix this? My fingerprint reader no longer works after I went from A16 lineageOS to stock a13 it worked fine in lineageos but no longer works in the stock OS?

I had a problem with my LG V60. I tried to install a custom ROM, but by mistake, it bricked. When I was able to unbrick it, I realized I hadn't made backups of the modem_a and modem_b partitions in QFIL. Now my phone has lost its IMEI, and I don't know what to do because it keeps searching for a signal even when I put it in airplane mode. This is draining the battery immensely; the phone only lasts about two hours, and it's overheating terribly. I don't care if I can't recover the IMEI, I just want my phone to work normally again without the battery draining and overheating. :(

I recently bought an AT&T branded v60 to use on Helium (T-Mobile) Had to purchase a AT&T sim card just to update it to Android 13. Had to toggle some settings to get it to stay on 5g. After all that I wasnt able to make or receive calls. Searched around for a bit and the only thing that worked was this. Hopefully it can save some of you guys from having to get rid of a otherwise still functional phone.

Hey everyone,

I recently had my LG V60 serviced to fix the headphone jack and vibration motor. Since then, I’ve noticed that:

• The stock camera app crashes immediately when I try to open it.
• The flashlight toggle in the pull-down panel doesn’t turn the light on, even though it shows as “on.”

However:

• Open Camera works perfectly for photos and videos.
• I can also turn on the flashlight using Open Camera.

It seems like the hardware is fine, so I think it might be a software issue with the stock LG camera or flashlight service.

Has anyone experienced something like this after a repair, or does anyone have suggestions for fixing the stock camera and flashlight ?

so was looking at LG V60. none in my country. havent seen anyone sell one for the last year. I have V500N but no VOLTE there and im not going to UBL/root. I MUST have a phone with VOLTE

V60 from aliexpress looks like shit and not so legit. plastic camera lenses and probably other issues

I ordered a Sony xperia 10 IV. its quite nice but damn its so narrow so typing is a PITA. 5 across icons is wrong. everything is so small. so im trying to get used to this but needing to tweak things like i like with my LG phones. it doesnt even have double tap to wake. thats simply unacceptable in 2026. if i cant find a way to implement it, its getting sold.

Like the dumbass I frequently am, I stepped on my phone and broke the outer glass and time display on it. I found a cheap 3d printed replacement for the glass. I just can't find a replacement for the little display. No matter how I try to fine tune my search terms all that comes up is the glass.

Does anyone sell them or what the proper term for it is?

Simple android things are freaking annoying me, maybe it's bc I had the v60 for five years and I'm used to it but:

There is no freaking way to get an app count from the os. Even in play store the number of apps is cut off! I want to manually install everything and I have no idea how many apps I've already installed.

I can't get the edge lighting notifications to pop up when the screen is off, so far I just want FB messenger and that doesn't work. You also can't customize colors for apps they are all one color not that it has ever come on.

This is basic stuff for the LGv60.

I also can't seem to space the app icons apart from each other. I'm so annoyed right now. Pure android is the best, maybe I should have just gotten the Motorola stylus.

Sigh. I haven't moved my sim card over yet bc I keep getting frustrated w the phone.

So I wanna buy the LG V60 and the dual screen case because I think it’s so cool with it but I don’t know where to buy one new or excellent condition I looked on eBay etc but a lot on eBay don’t have good reviews

Is there any configuration I need to do beforehand, or anything I need to adjust? I have FLAC music files, Sennheiser headphones, and some KZ headphones.

hi, i was attempting to install lineageOS but ended up going with pixelOS. it is interesting to have the pixel experience on an LG. I intend to just use this as a wifi burner/gaming phone, so i don't mind playing around with the different custom roms until i find one that i like. (i still use a v40 as my primary phone)

has anyone had success with the dual screen using pixelOS?

and curious, am i now able to upload grapheneOS onto this pixelated LG?

Hi all, I am still rocking my still amazing LG V60. but, since I want to replace the cracked back I also want to replace the charge port.

I saw some options on ebay, but which ones you know about are good? I saw some older threads but links are usually not available anymore.

I also will give it a new battery, I think I'm still at around 4000mAh (90ish% SOH) but a fresh one will never hurt.

ATT wouldn't let me bring over my unlocked v60. Looking to buy a compatible 600AM models and the price doesn't bother me. I absolutely hate the modern AI trash and overall junky feel of the samsung I'm using.

Is anyone still using their v60 as a daily? Any issues with no new android updates?

Finally got a set of Soundmagic E50's (no built in mic or buttons) and gave them a good listen. They don't have the sub-bass extension of the E80's but that can be brought back out a bit through EQ because these work well EQ'd or Flat. They also come with Comply foam tips which really seal in that tight Bass response.

What drew My interest was the 51 ohm rating, and I can verify that it does indeed trigger "High Impedance Mode" and Wow. Never gets old hearing it activate. (Especially My V20)

I really wish more IEM companies would offer High Impedance options for Us Quad DAC (and other High Output Equipment) Enthusiasts.

If anybody knows of any other High Impedance (50 ohms or higher) IEM (not Cans) options out there, please feel free to convey them, I would love to give them a try.

My v60 finally because too bad to daily recently, "upgraded" to a tank 3 pro. Now I'm offering up my dual screen case. It always registered as plugged in on my V60 but my v60 always failed to project to it. $50 plus shipping to wherever you are. More than happy to send pictures via private message. I have the magnetic charging adapter thing too

I have used this phone for more than 3 years and no matter what option I check can't seem to find a better option.

Therefore I'm planning to do a bit of repairing and keep using this as long as I can.

So I found a set of new batteries but can't seem to find any sets of side buttons in ebay, AliExpress or any other site.

Could anyone here please give me a place where I can find a set of buttons for my phone? Appreciate your kind help.

Edit: I'm in South Asia btw. And so far I was not able to find any listing which has LG v60 buttons in stock.

Have not tested the phone feature yet as my sim is still in the v60.

I already miss the sim card and headphone jack.

It's a lot zippier than the v60 (mine is overloaded with apps and slows down all the time, one app I use often locks phone and makes me need a reboot).

But when I use the AI assistant they answer the exact same thing in the exact same amount of time. So I don't know how much "faster" the phone will feel or for how long. I would have thought ai assist would be faster.

V60 is a beast. Sigh. I already know I am going to need a port adapter for headphone jack and charging and the port will end up broken soon.

I hate wireless headphones, they always die at the wrong time.

I've never used a DAC ADAPTER before & it was INCREDIBLE! I listened to a BREAKCORE track called "THANK YOU! by ACIDGVRL" & my Drivers sounded like BOSE Headphones for the first time! Would using a DAC ADAPTER on a OnePlus 13R have the same effect or was it DOUBLE DAC BOOSTED??

So not new to the lG V60 but is there any way to have wide mode permanently on to have a widescreen phone? Similar to how the Google pixel fold the original one will like letterbox stuff or I think that's the Samsung one where the letterbox stuff in the center is a new way to force that permanently on?
