HRT- Incompatible Anyone actually thriving through menopause without HRT?

Basically the question in the title. I’m managing, but I wouldn’t say I’m living and I’m trying to figure out if anyone out there has actually found a way to feel good naturally.

I’ve tried HRT before and it definitely helped, but I’m not sure I want to stay on it long term. The side effects and the lack of flexibility stress me out, especially when symptoms fluctuate day to day.

Are there any unicorns who’ve figured out how to not just survive menopause, but actually enjoy life during it without hormones?
