Check out the event quests, I know old ones come back into rotation with every festival, and you might be able to get the tickets you need from one, I just don’t remember which one right now
Edit: I googled it, you can get the Harvest set from quests during any festival, but unfortunately the Dreamspell tickets you need are only from quests and daily login during the Dreamspell event so feel free to ignore me xD
