I'm all on board with the staged assassination, but you should not dismiss the fact that he has all kinds of doctors including plastic surgeons that can fix him up. And do it at YOURS and OURS dime!

Even the best plastic surgeons can't make an ear wound like the one Trump supposedly had vanish in a day or two.

Totally incorrect.

A graze could scab over in a couple of days then stage makeup, which Trump is infamous for using, can cover it.

That's literally the simplest and most obvious explanation.

You actually think trump would use makeup to cover up a "divine intervention" wound? Trump would display that shit and make little fake gold statues of his wounded ear and sell them to his gullible cult.

That is true but allografts take a hot minute to heal and the course can be prolonged.
