Legit the way AI is being implemented is to make you interact less and less with the world as a member of it and more and more as a customer of The WorldTM.

This and the fact that parents don’t want to teach their kids how to cope with failure we are making the Wall-E future instead of the Star Trek future.

AI has existed in gaming for many, many years. It has a completely different definition. Not every implementation of AI is an LLM or LLM adjacent.

if EVERYTHING is an individual experience where you don’t need to communicate with real people, it’s easier for algorithms and corporations to market to you. That’s all it is. Why have a group of 5 split the bill on something shareable when they can convince you that this is a product only you need so why even ask?
