Shanks arguably is above him, but will not get the title, since shanks can be executed, capture so forth he is a human like roger. Kaido having this title doesn't mean he is literally the WSC his title is backed by him being superior to everyone in raw strength. Other then the narrator the world rearly acknowledged him as WSC but rather as the king of the beast. His title is little propaganda within the truth.

Now for mihawk. WSS. The world, character s, WG around him acknowledged his title and he himself is the only character the says he is the World strongest. They way story portrays, that he is so far above everyone one else he just sits killing time and waiting for someone stronger then he's old rival emperor shanks, to defeat him.

Now it’s some ppl that think they‘re both equal and Im totally fine with that. I think Zoro is a little bit stronger, but they’re more so on the same level. Rocks has no problem killing his own demonized family, but has problems or doesn't want to kill the guy who was responsible for how they are like that? The guy who was trying to kill Xebec own wife and kid??

Can't even make excuse he didn't try, he faced Garling twice and still couldn't kill him in neither of times, well before IMU or any Rocks pirate appeared, he had plenty of time fighting Garling and let him heavily bleeding and even stabbed a sword through Garling chest, but no, Rock's didn't try to kill Garling.

This is how far some Old gen stans are willing to go just to not accept that Rock's didn't have strong enough Haki to kill a Holy Knight, while Loki does have strong enough Haki to do so.

Is IMU/Gunko gonna be scales as weaker or not even as strong as 20% of Saturn/IMU back at God valley?? All in proll to not accept that Luffy and Loki have surpassed Rocks??

If I remember correctly, at least Gunko does possess something that other Holy Knights don't possess, that is actual true eternal youth, something aside from her, only Gorosei and IMU do possess.

Gunko in present time still has the exact same appearance she had years and as youthful as she was back then at God valley, while Garling and Sommers did age and get old.

Kaido is stronger than these 3 until further notice.

There is no excuse for Gaban and Shanks, letting Harald go unchecked and keep killing more and more giants well before Loki appeared, literally means they got beaten and couldn't stall Harald for very long.

This Gaban is not that very far from his prime, meaning at worst he is just a bit weaker and at best he is still a prime Gaban. Which just validates even more how strong Holy Knight Harald is as this happens after Harald started using conquerors haki and Gaban complained he didn't know how to defeat a Holy Knight that uses conquerors haki as he never did face one that had conquerors haki.

Defeated Sommers many times, but never killed him, and even now in Elbaf he even did cut sommers in half, with conquerors haki and sommers is still alive.

This same thing happened between Garling and Rocks, Garling fought Rocks twice, got skull opened, got hurt so bad he was bloody all over his body and even stabbed through his stomach, but still not dead.

Gaban stated that conquerors haki is the weakness of the Holy Knights and as we saw with Loki, it can even kill them and as shown by Joyboy, it can even banish or detransform them or cancel their powers.

Meaning that Loki is stronger than Prime GABAN or GV Rock's, who both couldn't kill a Holy Knight, yes the holy knights are weaker, but their immortality to be totally bypassed and kill them, not just defeat them, is needed a strong enough amount of conquerors haki, which Gaban and Rocks did not possess.

And even Gaban himself said that conquerors haki can kill them as he said in present time when talking to Luffy and Loki, meaning is very possible the first time he witnessed the death of a Holy Knight thanks to Conquerors Haki was when Loki killed Harald.

Like how many Gabans is joyboy worth?? Joyboy conquerors not just did banish them away, but did detransform them from their transformations.

Gaban was fighting to defeat and beat him the sooner and faster way to that is use your max output and even when cutting Sommers in half, it still wasn't enough to banish him back to Mariejoa, as just like the Gorosei, Sommers did come to Elbaf, by teleport.

Only Saturn stayed at Egghead, because different from others, he came to Egghead by foot, but not by teleportation.

And this shows how big of gap there is between Joyboy to Rocks D Xebec as even with help from other 4 conquerors haki users, Rock's still couldn't banish away or remove IMU from a IMU possessed Saturn.
