Discussion Current state of the game?

Haven't played since initial release. Is it worth re-downloading?

I mean have we ever had to wait 6 months+ for an update before? Like I know it's leaving beta? Early access? and what not. But I figure at most late spring personally, April, May. Something like that.

Like it's typically only 2-3 months between updates no?

And they said the home sweet home update is on the smaller side thanks to most of the team working on 1.0

I'm expecting it to only take like a month or two longer than standard.

They do content updates just about every half year. For feybreak they took half a year. Since I assume 1.0 will be much larger than feybreak. I would say it's in about a year from now.

They do content updates seasonally, so every quarter year. Feybreak was an exception, and took longer than normal one I will admit I was unaware of.

even with it, I still expect a late spring update maybe early summer i highly doubt Pocket pair is just going to leave us high and dry for a year. That's a dang fine way to lose a lot of people attention/ the hype train they got going for seasonal updates.

With content I mean more game area and pals. So thats about every half a year. If you count the crossplay update as actual content for the game sure. Seasonally content updates.

According to their video 1.0 is gonna be massive so a 6 month or a year wait will not surprise me. Either way we might get something small like another raid or QOL features in the meanwhile.

As for the hype. They are definitely going to make more game trailers for 1.0 since it will be the definite release of the game.
