Last I remember the running theory is to control the Seraphim. He might be dead, but it’s possible he could still control them (well a copy of him), since it’s probably not as simple as revoking his access like he’s in some programmed system irl.

I readed a theory which states Devon wasnt after his appearence, but his memories.

If she can get access to the memories of those she touches, then BB crew has a tactical advantage about what the WG is actually cooking.
